Senior In-Home Services

The Senior In Home Services Program offers Chore Service and Care Coordination to seniors who are NOT eligible for the Medicaid Choice Waiver. Care Coordinaton assists persons in gaining access to needed medical, social, and educational services. Chore service provides eligible seniors with housekeeping and assistance to maintain the senior's home in a clean and safe environment. Chore service workers can assist with all activities of daily living, including, but not limited to the below list.
